1. I want to provide a link to our new members system on our Golf Club website. How do I do this?
We will happily do this for you for free. In order to do this, we will require the ftp access credentials to your golf club website.
Alternatively ask your current webmaster.
2. Do all members have their own unique username and password?
No, there is a generic username and password of your choosing for the members to use. The administrator(s) will have their own username/password. The adminstrator has privelages to change, add and delete records such as news stories, calendar events, etc.
3. I have just bought your golf club members system. What should I do now?
We will contact you by telephone within two working days of your purchase, and ask you certain details so that we can build the members section for you.

4. I'm considering buying the Gold package. What does your Consultancy / Training Day consist of?
One of our team will come and visit you and your golf club on an agreed date, and train any of your staff with how to make the best of the members system.
5. I want to use my own domain name instead of yourclubname.membersgolfclub.co.uk.
This is in most cases possible so long as the content of the domain name is hosted by our dedicated servers. Please call us on 020 8943 3544 to discuss your requirements further.
6. How do you integrate our current golf club database with the members list on the members system?
We will require you to send an email to info@membersgolfclub.co.uk with your latest database attached, in either Microsoft Access or Microsoft Excel format. We will do the rest.
7. We don't use word documents for our start times.
You can use the start time upload feature on our golf club members system to upload other file types too.
8. Can I choose my own usernames and passwords for my members system?
Of course, please let us know what you would like them to be and we will make the changes.
9. I want to make some bespoke changes to the members system to make it more relevant to our golf club.

free. We cater for larger bespoke changes at a cost of £60/hour.
10. Can the public see the members system?
No, members must log in. The public can only see news stories that you have marked as "Public View" when adding a news story.
10. We need a web designer to work on our golf club website. Can you help?

11. Who is this package intended for?
For golf club members and their secretary/manager. The secretary and/or other designated managers/enthusiasts will be responsible for adding the news stories, photos, events and other sections.
